Presentations will begin at the advertised event start time. We recommend arriving around 30 minutes early if you’d like to enjoy the refreshments and settle in.

Typically the presentations will run in the following order: Wendy Wu Tours, Journey Beyond and Viking. However, this may vary slightly between events, so we suggest staying for the full session to enjoy all three presentations.

We’ll provide light refreshments during the event - this may include morning tea, afternoon tea or canapés depending on the time of the session.

Please note that this is not a full meal, so you may wish to eat beforehand if you’re attending around a typical mealtime.

Bookings cannot be made directly at the event. However, attendees will receive access to exclusive event offers that can be redeemed within a set timeframe after the session.
